What would make Brokernomy the one app you need?

October 11, 2026

Most people in real estate keep their business in five or six places. The closings are in a spreadsheet. The receipts are in a shoebox, or in the photos on a phone. The mileage is in a notebook in the car. The leads are in one app, the deadlines in a calendar, and the year-end numbers get pulled together in a hurry for the CPA.

Brokernomy was built to bring the money side of all that into one place. We want it to be the one app you open, and we would rather build what you ask for than guess. So this post is a question: what is missing?

What Brokernomy does today

Here is every tool in Brokernomy as of today. If the thing you want is on this list, tell us what would make it work better for you.

  • 1099-NEC for People You Pay

Who you paid for their work this year, who needs a 1099-NEC, and the figures for each form.

  • Commission Split and Cap Tracker

See what each closing really pays you, after the referral fee, your split, your cap and the fees.

  • Agent P&L and Lead Source ROI

Your profit month by month, and which lead sources earn back what they cost you.

  • Dues, License and Fees Watch

Every bill, license and renewal in one place: what changed from last year, and what is coming due.

  • Year-End Tax Organizer

Gathers the documents, totals and questions to bring to your tax preparer at year end.

  • Pipeline and Closings Forecast

The deals you are working, weighted by stage, against your goal for the year.

  • Mileage and Vehicle Log

A log of your business trips and what your vehicle costs you.

  • Contacts

The people you work with, with notes and what to do next for each.

  • W-2 Payroll Expense

The wages and employer-side taxes from your payroll provider's reports, carried to your P&L.

  • Property Flip Tracker

The houses you are chasing, what each one you bought has cost you, what is still in inventory, and what every sale made.

  • Rental Property Manager

Who rents what and what they owe, and the money in and out of each rental by year.

  • Property Management for Owners

For managing rentals for other owners: the owners you are signing, each owner's money, the fees you charge, what you hold for them, and what your own company makes.

  • Receipts

Scan a receipt, and put it where it belongs so the cost is on record with its proof.

  • Statements

Upload a bank or card statement, and put each line where it belongs.

  • Team and brokerage

Your agents' closings, caps and licenses in one place, and nothing else of theirs.

  • Ask Reale

Brokernomy's reader. It reads a receipt, a statement or a payroll report for you, so you check figures instead of typing them.

What to tell us

Anything helps. If you are not sure where to start, these are the answers we learn the most from:

  • The other app you still pay for, and what you use it for.
  • The job you still do by hand, on paper or in a spreadsheet.
  • A report your broker, your CPA or your lender asks for that you have to put together yourself.
  • Something in Brokernomy that takes too many steps.
  • A system you wish Brokernomy could work with, such as your MLS, your CRM, or the service you use for transactions and signatures.

Brokers and team leads

If you run a team or a brokerage, we would like to hear from you in particular. What do you need to see across your agents? What takes up your Monday morning? And what should stay private to each agent, however useful it would be to you?

What happens to what you send

You get an answer on this page straight away, written by Reale, Brokernomy's AI helper. If Brokernomy already does what you are asking for, the answer says which tool does it. If it does not, your suggestion goes to the people who build Brokernomy, and every one is read.

We cannot build everything, and we will not promise a date. What we can say is that the things people ask for most are the things we look at first.

Questions are welcome too. If you are wondering whether Brokernomy fits what you do, ask.

Tell us

Your message goes to Anthropic's Claude, the outside AI service Brokernomy uses, which writes the answer you see here. Your name and email address are not sent to it. Brokernomy keeps your message so the people who build it can read it. Leave out anything private: no client names, no account numbers, no Social Security numbers.
